Bothell, Washington-based Cardiac Science has appointed Timothy Mickelson to its board of directors. Mr Mickelson, who holds a PhD in physiology, has over 25 years' experience in cardiology-related companies, including at Philips Medical Systems, Marquette Medical Systems and Mortara Instruments. Cardiac Science develops and manufactures diagnostic and therapeutic cardiology devices and systems.
