Andover Medical has signed a letter of intent to acquire fellow Massachusetts firm SRS Medical, of Billerica. SRS Medical, which makes noninvasive devices for incontinence, will be the North Andover acquisition-focused firm's first purchase in the incontinence and women's health markets. It says it intends to establish a nationwide network of subsidiaries to offer "the largest selection of competitively priced brand-name durable medical equipment, and urodynamic diagnostic and treatment products.
