Ivivi Technologies, a Northvale, New Jersey start-up focused on electrotherapeutic technologies, made its debut on the Americian Stock Exchange (Amex) last week, under the ticker symbol II. The company floated 2.5 million shares, priced at $6 per share, and expects to rake in net proceeds of around $12.5m from the offering. The firm develops products that employ electric or electromagnetic signals to facilitate healing processes by relieving pain, swelling and inflammation and promote tissue regeneration.
