Siemens Medical Solutions' US division, based in Malvern, Pennsylvania, has announced three senior executive appointments: Heinrich Kolem (PhD), former president of the magnetic resonance imaging division (Germany), has replaced Tom McCausland (who has retired) as president and CEO; Tom Miller, president of health services IT, will join the firm's group board, effective from July 1; and Janet Billione, currently division COO, will replace Mr Miller.
