Sysmex America has received US FDA 510(k) clearance to sell its XS-1000i automated haematology analyser for use in clinical laboratories and physician offices. The Mundelein office serves as the US headquarters of Kobe, Japan-based Sysmex. The XS-1000i completes Sysmex' X-series family of haematology instruments.
