Bracco, the Italian diagnostics imaging solutions provider, and Integrated Medical Solutions (IMS), the Alexandria, Virginia-based specialist in PET systems, have formed a joint venture to promote the use of PET technology for the detection of cardiovascular disease. Integrated Cardiac Solutions will provide turnkey services to enable outpatient cardiology groups and heart centres in the US to implement cardiac PET perfusion imaging technology into their patient management options.
