Executive Summary
Canadian medical imaging and information management systems developer Cedara Software is to distribute, together with its Fusion PACS product line, German company medavis' radiology information system (RIS) in certain European and Middle Eastern markets. This includes the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and elsewhere in Lebanon. The RIS software has been designed to manage all data in a radiology practice and is capable of supporting add-on modules and interfaces for customised implementation. It is highly adaptable and can be integrated with PACS, HIS and EPR solutions, and can be configured to suit the individual size of the clinic and different language needs, says Toronto-based Cedara.
