Given Imaging (Yoqneam, Israel), a company specialising in gastrointestinal diagnostic solutions, has announced a senior management change. Gavriel Meron, the company's founder and current president and CEO will become chairman of the board and of the board's executive committee. He will continue to act as interim president of the firm's US subsidiary. The role of president and CEO has been taken up by Nachum Shamir, formerly corporate vice-president and president of Eastman Kodak's industrial solutions group, who also becomes a member of the board.
