Argentina's leading condom manufacturer has launched the Tulipan Premium brand, in a bid to increase its domination of the national 132 million unit national market. Citing the innovative design of the Premium brand, the Buenos Aires firm (which is manufacturing the Spiral and Twist models under licence) aims to emulate the products' US success, as marketed by Trojan. "We hope the Premium will become a best-seller in Argentina, given the way its designs revolutionised the US and EU markets," said Kopelco managing director Jorge Agoff.
