The UK's Bioindustry Association (BIA) is establishing an Industrial Biotechnology Committee, with potential implications for diagnostics and other non-pharmaceutical manufacturers. The committee will focus on manufacturing-related issues and will not be healthcare driven, a BIA spokesperson told Clinica, adding that its agenda has not yet been set and that all bioscience companies will have an opportunity to help set it.
