UK stent graft and percutaneous heart valves manufacturer Lombard Medical Technologies (Abingdon, Oxfordshire) has appointed Simon Neathercoat as non-executive chairman of the board, effective October 1. Mr Neathercoat (non-executive director/ advisor, Derwent London) succeeds Alistair Taylor, a director since 2001 and chairman since 2003. Tim Cook (non-executive director, Oxford Gene Technology) and Craig Rennie are named as non-executive directors, also with effect from October 1.
