Executive Summary
Vincent Bucci, president and founder of research and consultancy services company Health Policy Associates, has been elected as chairman of the board of AngioDynamics. He succeeds Paul Echenberg, who will remain on the board. Mr Bucci, who has been on the Queensbury, New York company's board since January, was chairman of RITA Medical Systems (now part of AngioDynamics) since 2003, having joined the firm in 1994. Mr Bucci has 26 years experience in management, regulatory affairs and consulting and is considered to have particular expertise in the oncology and interventional businesses.
