The board of directors of the cardiac surgery medical technology developer Sorin Group (Milano, Italy) appointed Professor Umberto Rosa as chairman and Luca Di Giacomo as vice-chairman. On the board's new executive committee are: Paolo Braghieri, Luca Di Giacomo, Ettore Lonati and Claudio Zulli. Two advisory committees were also appointed. On the compensation committee are Michele Cappone, Enrico Consoli and Marco Trabucchi. On the internal audit committee are Enzo Nicoli, Michele Cappone and Andrea Mattarelli.
