Baxter Healthcare has announced it is to recall an additional 986 Colleague infusion pumps, because of falsified electrical safety data. The firm had previously issued a recall of 534 Colleague and Flo-Gard pumps, prompting a class I stamp from the FDA (see Clinica No 1267, p 12).
