Mexico's Nuevo Hospital Juarez is the latest beneficiary of top-end medical equipment funding by the medtech-focused charity Fundacion Gonzalo Rio Arronte (FGRA). Refractive (eye) surgery and haemodynamic equipment worth M$22m (US$2m) have been inaugurated at the hospital, in the country's Federal District, during an event attended by health minister Jose Angel Cordova Villalobos, who described the equipment as state-of-the-art.
