Anders Karlsson has been named as CEO of AbSorber, a Swedish company focused on developing products to improve transplantation procedures, including diagnostic tools. Mr Karlsson has been COO of the Stockholm firm since 2007. He is a former CEO of Norwegian biotech giant Novartis. AbSorber is a portfolio company of LinkMed, a Stockholm-based firm that develops life-science companies in collaboration with innovators.
