Executive Summary
Diagnostics specialist China Medical Technologies has CE marked its two semi-automatic enhanced chemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) analysers. It has also CE marked 15 reagents, including markers for thyroid disorders, diabetes and tumours. The ECLIA system is a closed IVD system designed to detect and quantify particular antibodies or antigens for the diagnosis and analysis of various diseases and disorders. The Beijing-based company intends to continue to work towards CE marking its other ECLIA reagents.
