Inflammatory airway disease specialist Aerocrine is seeking to block Belgian competitor Medisoft from selling a nitric oxide (NO) analyser in Germany on the grounds of alleged patent infringement. The lawsuit, filed by Solna, Sweden-based Aerocrine, claims that Medisoft's Hyp'Air NO analyser infringes four of Aerocrine's European patents, which relate to its NIOX technology.
