NICE invites pre-publication check of acute coronary syndromes guideline

Executive Summary
The UK's National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) yesterday issued for a "pre-publication check" an amended draft of guidance on the management of acute coronary syndromes. Following consultation on the provisional recommendations, the revised full guideline is available via NICE's website (www.nice.org.uk) for a check only of factual errors (defined as objective errors of material fact). The deadline for responses is January 28. The final guideline is scheduled to be published on March 24 2010.
