NuVasive seeks new CFO

Spinal surgery specialist NuVasive is looking for a new chief financial officer to replace Kevin O'Boyle, who is resigning from his role as executive vice-president and CFO to attend to personal and family obligations. He will remain with the San Diego, California firm until the end of 2009, or longer, to help with the recruitment process and ensure an orderly transition. Mr O'Boyle has been with NuVasive for six years.
