Executive Summary
Stentys, a specialist in stents for complex blocked coronary arteries, has appointed Paul Geudens as vice-president of sales and marketing. Mr Geudens joins the Princeton, New Jersey-based company from Johnson & Johnson's cardiovascular subsidiary Cordis, where he spent the last 11 years. He was most recently director of marketing for peripheral and neurovascular products and has extensive experience in launching new products. At Stentys, Mr Geudens will be leading the commercialisation of the firm's recently CE-marked disconnectable and self-expanding stent for treating acute myocardial infarction and coronary artery bifurcations.
