US in vitro diagnostic products and services provider Quest Diagnostics has broadened its domestic presence by purchasing the physician office outreach business of Caritas Christi Health Care, a community-based hospital network based in New England. Quest (Madison, New Jersey) also agreed an information exchange partnership with Caritas and its network of hospitals. This collaboration will allow patients and physicians in New England expanded access to Quest’s diagnostic testing, information and services.
