Executive Summary

Meridian Bioscience has appointed James Anderson to its board of directors with immediate effect. Mr Anderson has been president and CEO of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Ohio since 1996. Before this, he served on the Cincinnati Children's board for 20 years, including four years as chairman. He has also worked at law firm Taft, Stettinius & Hollister, and Xomox, a manufacturer of speciality process controls. Meridian manufactures, markets and distributes a range of diagnostic test kits, reagents and related products.
