Cardiac diagnostics and services firm NewCardio has made Vincent Renz its president. Mr Renz has over 26 years of experience in the information technology industry, and was previously chief operating officer of ClinPhone, a clinical technology organisation. Before that he was executive vice-president and chief technology officer for eResearch Technology. Santa Clara, California-based NewCardio says the validation of its lead product, QTinno, is “essentially complete”. The device is an ECG platform technology to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the standard 12-lead ECG.
