HealthTronics buys radiation therapy provider; plans $10m share buy-back

HealthTronics has acquired all outstanding shares of Ocean Radiation Therapy, an entity set up by Florida-based urology practice Atlantic Urological Associates (AUA). Ocean provides technical services to AUA's image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) cancer treatment centre, which treats over 250 prostate cancer patients each year.
