Shares in minimally-invasive surgical product manufacturer ArthroCare have dropped to their lowest ever price. This is perhaps unsurprising given that this week the firm announced the forthcoming restatement of its past sales over the last eight years, the resignation of two executive officers and the receipt of two subpoenas.
