Executive Summary

Natus Medical has finalised its $18m acquisition of balance and mobility treatment specialist NeuroCom. The acquisition is expected to boost San Carlos, California-based Natus' neurology product offering – NeuroCom (Clackamas, Oregon) develops the EquiTest computerised dynamic posturography (CDP) for the assessment and rehabilitation of chronic balance, dizziness and vestibular disorders. The two companies inked the acquisition agreement in September (see Clinica No 1232, p 19).
