Mexico has recorded a 5% reduction in cervical cancer rates in each of the last three years, putting it on track to cut the number of deaths from 4,100 in 2006, to 3,200 in 2012. So said health minister José �ngel C�rdova Villalobos, during an official visit to the state of Tabasco this week.
