A €36m ($45m) fund to support applications to fast track reimbursement of promising medtech products has been proposed in Germany. CDU member of parliament Dietrich Monstadt and joint federal committee (G-BA) director Rainer Hess outlined the plan to create the fund at an industry-hosted meeting last week in Berlin.
