Jury Awards $12.5 Million In Damages In Ethicon Pelvic Mesh Case
The jury in the first pelvic mesh case to be heard in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas found that Ethicon failed to warn physicians of the risks of Prolift Pelvic Mesh and that the mesh’s design was defective.
