Executive Summary
Orthopedic device maker launches its revamped Zimmer Institute medical training program July 27. The new training program - which combines the firm's Medical Education, BioSkills Training and Surgeon-to-Surgeon programs into one service offering - was developed over the past year with input from teaching surgeons and subject matter experts. More than 800 events are scheduled for 2009 at various locations worldwide to train more than 12,000 clinicians and 8,000 dental professionals, Zimmer says.
