Executive Summary
Cordis head: Johnson & Johnson names Seth H.Z. Fischer company group chairman and worldwide franchise chairman of stent subsidiary Cordis, effective Jan. 1. He replaces Rick Anderson, who is leaving the company. Fischer has headed J&J's North American pharmaceuticals division since 2004 and has been with J&J since 1983.
