Bausch & Lomb and Nike announce U.S. and European launch of the Nike Maxsight polymacon soft contact lens, designed to enhance vision clarity for sports by selective wavelength filtering. The lenses are available in gray-green for sports played in bright sunlight and amber for fast-moving ball sports. Bausch & Lomb manufactures and markets the lens to eye care professionals, while Nike leads consumer marketing activities.
