Executive Summary
Elsevier Health Sciences Exec VP-Journals & Medical Communications Kevin Hurley will serve as head of F-D-C Reports, Inc., publisher of "The Gray Sheet," following the departure of Tim Harrington. Hurley will oversee day-to-day operations of the Elsevier subsidiary while searching for a new president. Harrington joined the staff of "The Pink Sheet" in 1981 as a reporter and moved up to the position of managing editor over the next decade. Harrington launched "The Tan Sheet" in 1993 before being promoted to VP-editorial operations. In 1999, he was named head of electronic publishing and oversaw F-D-C's migration to Internet publishing, including the launch of 1TheGraySheet.com in 2000.
