Dip-molded medical device maker International Medical Products BV is acquired by Microtek May 28 from Cardinal Health, adding about $12 mil. in annual revenues. Microtek, which recorded 2003 revenue of $98.7 mil., notes the purchased product lines consist primarily of ultrasound probe covers and include cardiac thoracic drain systems, gynecological devices and wound care products.
