Executive Summary
Comments on proposed rules, final documents and policy notices can be submitted electronically, the agency announces Jan. 30. Automatic confirmation receipts will be provided. By early 2005, all electronic comments received before deadline will be available for public viewing, including "any personally identifiable or confidential business information," the agency notes.
