Foldable implantable contact lens system Phase III clinical trial enrollment for treatment of myopia is completed Oct. 25. The 278-patient, Phase III clinical trial included patients with -3 diopters to -20 diopters of myopia. Data for 311 eyes has been collected to date, showing a 93% drop in average diopters of myopia from 10.4 D to 0.7 D one week-post-op. Visual acuity also improved, with 82% of patients seeing 20/40 or better. Results were shown to be stable for up to one year
