Germany's Health Reform 2000 proposal will undergo an official reconciliation process between the Bundestag (Germany's lower parliamentary chamber) and Bundesrat (the upper chamber) this summer, which could result in changes to the draft legislation, according to the Federal Association of the Medical Device Industry in Germany (BVMed).
