Temporary restraining order sought by CIBA Vision to stop the launch of B&L's PureVision continuous wear soft contact lens is withdrawn by the firm March 18, according to B&L. The two firms expect to enter into discussions to settle a patent infringement suit filed by CIBA Vision, B&L says.
