Executive Summary
Firms extend the closing of their proposed merger to a date "no later than April 30" following a "longer than anticipated" review by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the S-4 registration statement and joint proxy statement/prospectus. As a result, the firms' shareholder meetings to vote on the combination are set back to April 29. Autonomous has delayed the launch of its approved LADARVision system until the deal is complete
