Executive Summary
Lawrence Greene is sentenced Feb. 17 to 63 months imprisonment in Fresno, California federal court for fraudulently marketing and selling unapproved and medically useless HIV test kits for home use. Greene had been convicted Nov. 18 on six counts of mail fraud, 11 counts of wire fraud and three counts of money laundering related to his scheme to sell the bogus tests ("The Gray Sheet" Dec. 7, 1998, In Brief)
