Unanimous Senate approval of Rep. Tom Bliley's (R-Va.) breast cancer bill (HR 4382) means it could be on the President's desk within a few weeks. The Sept. 25 Senate vote accepting the House version of the bill includes a requirement, missing from an earlier Senate version, that women be directly notified of their mammogram results in clear, understandable language
