Next Round of FDAMA Regs/Guidances Set for March 20 Release

The next round of guidances and regulations implementing device provisions of the FDA Modernization Act are slated for release March 20, according to FDA staffers. Three "direct-to-final" rules and five guidances associated with the new law are slated to be published in the Federal Register by that date.
