Plans to sell its U.S. Empower x-ray film accessories business to imaging distributor E.M. Parker under a letter-of-intent agreement announced Feb. 13. Specific terms of the deal are currently being negotiated. Upon completion of the deal, which is expected to occur "during the current fiscal year," Swissray plans to refocus on marketing of its digital x-ray technology. The New York City firm notes it has hired an executive search team to find a new CEO and CFO "to lead the company in the next phase of its development"...
