MENTOR MEMORYLENS PRE-ROLLED MONOFOCAL IOL LAUNCH commences immediately following FDA approval Dec. 23 for surgical treatment of cataracts. The monofocal, posterior-chamber intraocular lens is the first pre-rolled foldable intraocular lens to be approved by FDA. The device is available at a list price of $295 each -- comparable to other acrylic foldable lenses, the firm states.
