HEWLETT-PACKARD's HEARTSTREAM BUY TO ADD AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS to HP's existing manual defibrillator line under the terms of a definitive $135-145 mil. stock-swap acquisition agreement signed Dec. 29.
