PUBLIC OPINION ON SINGLE-USE DEVICE REPROCESSING EMERGING as a factor in the debate over FDA regulation of the practice. Survey results reported Dec. 10 at the Food and Drug Law Institute's annual meeting in Washington, D.C. could be used by equipment manufacturers in an effort to overcome the agency's resistance to imposing premarket controls on firms that reprocess single-use devices.
