CNS "NEAR CLEAR" BREATHE RIGHT NASAL STRIPS LAUNCH is planned for November, Minneapolis-based CNS states. The translucent strips are being offered as a cosmetic alternative to the company's functionally identical beige nasal strips. Although CNS plans to boost Breathe Right's advertising spending in the fourth quarter, in step with the start of the cold season, the Near Clear strips will not receive significant separate promotion.
