SENATE LABOR CMTE. HEALTH STAFF TO INCLUDE HHS LEGISLATIVE ANALYST Sean Donohue, who is on leave from the Administration for a year under an American Political Science Foundation fellowship. Donohue, whose background is in public health issues including AIDS and vaccines, will be on the Hill for a year assisting Sen. James Jeffords (R-Vt.), chairman of the Senate Labor Committee. Jeffords is also a new member of the Finance Committee.
