"REAL PRICE WARS" AMONG MANAGED CARE PLANS "STILL TO COME," according to the findings of "Six Competitive Health Care Markets: Putting the Pieces Together," a report released Oct. 29 by the National Committee for Quality Health Care. Via interviews with about eight organizations in each market, the report examines the changing delivery and financing situations in Atlanta, Boston/New Hampshire, Cleveland, Dallas/Fort Worth, Philadelphia and Sacramento.
